When you set up a new pair, Newbred walks both pedigrees and calculates Wright's inbreeding coefficient for their chicks, with a clear risk level and the ancestors behind it.

Start a new partnership and look up both birds by name or ring number.

Read the coefficient and the risk
As soon as both birds are selected, you see the coefficient (Wright's F) for their offspring and a risk level: none, low (under 6.25%), moderate (6.25 to 12.5%), high (12.5 to 25%) or very high (25% and above).
